What is your return policy?

Where are you based?

We are based in California, USA. All of our products are designed and warehoused in the same location where we ship them to you. If you have any question or issue, please know that you can always reach out to our customer care team here.

Where are UT-Wire products made?

UT Wire products are made in either Taiwan or China. We work closely with our factories through many prototypes and samples to come up with a finalized product that we are satisfied with. Our overseas QC team also inspects the factory both before they leave and upon arriving at to make sure everything is as expected.
